We only request the minimum details needed to manage your waitlist registration:
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data or personal information beyond the fields above.
We process your data for the following purposes:
Legal bases (Article 6 GDPR): consent when you tick the opt-in box, and legitimate interest to maintain the security and reliability of the waitlist service.
We do not sell personal data. Limited processors (such as email, CRM, or hosting providers) may handle your information solely to deliver the waitlist service, subject to written data-processing agreements and confidentiality obligations.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or UK, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, and we assess whether additional safeguards are required.
We keep your details for as long as you remain on the waitlist or until you withdraw consent. We then delete or anonymise the data unless we must retain it to meet legal or regulatory requirements.
Subject to local law, you may:
Email privacy@pressence.ai to exercise these rights. We respond within one month as recommended by the EDPB.
We employ industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access, and periodic reviews of our processors to keep your data secure. No online system is entirely risk-free, so we will notify you and relevant authorities of any breach when required by law.
Your use of the waitlist is subject to basic terms: you confirm the details you submit are accurate, you have authority to provide them, and you will only use Pressence’s updates for lawful purposes. We may update this notice to reflect regulatory guidance. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
